Central to the ethos of Red2Green is ensuring that our clients' views and wishes are heard in the planning and provision of our services. We do this by holding circle meetings and by one to one discussion with clients. We involve social work students from ARU on placement with us to work with clients to evaluate the service they receive. The students are able to be independent but have built up a relationship with clients.

We are involved in other groups and networks to ensure that clients are able to express their views when statutory services are being planned and delivered. Key partners include Cambridgeshire ULO and Steng.

We work closely with Cambridgeshire County Council particularly the Learning Disability Partnership and with Cambridge Regional College to ensure that we are up to date with changes and development in policy and delivery.
