We aim to provide the best quality of service to our clients and to assure potential clients and those who refer to us that we are properly and effectively governed and managed.

The services we provide are monitored by our funders. Two of our main funders are Cambridgeshire County Council and Cambridge Regional College and they ensure we have the correct policies and procedures in place and make regular monitoring visits. They also ensure that it is the clients wishes and needs that determine how services are provided.

We undertake staff and volunteers surveys annually and we use a variety of ways of ensuring that clients are able to express their wishes, including circle meetings and one to one meetings. We are fortunate in having social work students from ARU who come to us for their work placements and we take advantage of their  independence and knowledge and ask them to talk to our clients to get feedback about their experience of their service.
